The AC kept the room cool; the structure of the room was poorly thought through; the furniture was beyond old and worn out with visible rips in the chair; the electric socket was exposed and dangerous to say the least, the food for breakfast was microwaved at best with exception of some fresh fruit and yogurt! The orange juice was a plus but was served in tiny cups ie alcohol cups (free ones)! There was no elevators but Elliot was to the rescue the first night since he took the luggage up! However, overall this was not an experience I would like to do on repeat! I do want to give a shout out to Elliot who was very kind, friendly, selling the property amenities and breakfast ….man he has a talent for words! The lady in the morning was sweet too!

It was a horrible experience. The photos show it one way, but in reality, the rooms are very ugly. They have overflowing water, broken sinks, cracked ceilings, and a musty smell. At the end of my stay, they charged me $25 for a stain on a small sheet. They would refund it if the stain came out, and I never received my money back.

Room was one of the cheaper ones in area. I picked for location, breakfast. and pool. We came home from dinner after 9 so the pool was closed when we got back.We left at 4am andi didn't get the breakfast. So that's all me . But they did give us a 1st floor ada room because my gf is disabled. But the bathroom is very slippery when it was wet. Overall front desk was helpful for restaurant information.

This space was booked last minute for a day and honestly it gave me everything I needed. A warm clean bed, an AC for the PR heat, a balcony, a walk way right to the beach, a pool. I was very happy with my stay, the staff when checking in was super friendly even the check out staff there was super helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay again. The only con I have is my tv didn’t connect to the remote but while in PR what do I need tv for? Also, a thicker blanket would be nice also. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
