A piece of paradise pie

Great location, steps to a great swimmable beach, secure clean property. The beach chairs and towels came in handy so did the body wash and conditioner in the shower!

Stay, if you have low expectations

I find it hard to review because I have mixed feelings. The location is great and the appartement was ok in some way. There was some problems, and response came fast, the only thing was nothing happened after that. Our aircondition was broken and I wrote to the owner, I was told it would be fixet, but nothing happened. After 5 days I wrote back, but the answers stopped. An aircondition is really hard to miss in that heat. The furniture is another story. The bed was great, but the rest was beyond horrible. It was like they went to Ikea and said..lets get the cheapest most uncomfortable furniture, I bet our guests will enjoy that.... There was knowhere to sit besides the bed, unless you wanted to be uncomfortable. There is no freezer and the kitchen is two hotplates and a microwave plus the smalest fridge. There are no cleaning supplies, and no cloths so you cant even wipe the tables, no cloth for when you do the dishes. It really only takes a little effert for the owners to make it a great stay, but everything is the cheapest of the cheapest. So again stay here if you have really low expectations because it is a great area and a safe area.

My short PR adventure.

The apartment was perfect - clean, bed very comfortable, gally kitchen very functional. I had a few questions when I first arrived, and the response was positive, helpful and instant - awesome. The pool was great - water clean and refreshing. Overall - exactly what I was hoping it would be; I'll be back!

Great communication

Although there was an issue with power at the location when we arrived, the communication with the property manager was great. They were able to find me another apartment not far away, a bit sketchy though, and switch us back the following day once fixed. I appreciated the prompt response to the issue and getting us back to enjoying the original great space. Clean and exactly as pictured. Pool was great and access to the beach was also great!

The room can use a bigger refrigerator. Instead of futon it can use a sofa, the futon was very uncomfortable not much where to sit. The garbage on the property was unbelievable but i did enjoy the convenience of the pool and the beach

Worst experience ever

This by far was the worst experience ever. I'm am a reasonable person who understands unfortunate circumstances however the property manager seems to careless about how inconvenient things made our stay. First we had ants all over the bathroom, which when notified I was told someone would come out to spray. Apparently the property manager didn't think this was a urgent matter. So it wasn't until the next day this issue was addressed, however prior to them addressing this issue it took me to find out there there wasn't just ants but termites in the door of the bathroom frame. HOW DISGUSTING! So if I hadn't saw the termites they wouldn't have never came to spray. Then the situation only got worst. To the point the whole door frame was eventually removed. After the removeal we asked for clean linen, which I had to ask for twice just for it to be placed in a trash bag and hung outside the door in the rain. We tried to enjoy our last night in spite of it all and to return to no running water. When management was notified again wasn't concerned. He told me someone would come check the water pressure which never happened has to call again regarding the matter just to be told we can walk on get 30 gallons of water to use in the mean time. I cant describe my dissatisfaction with this "villa". Total waste

Cute little place

The location is great! Puntas las marias is right there and there is a little community garden/forest that is maintained by the locals which was nice to walk through. You could just walk to a little beach right there that was great for little kids because there are some rocks that keep the waves from coming in hard. Really cute place.

Everything was great! Clean..small little apartment. But the perfect size. Can’t wait to come back. I felt safe with it being gated. The walking distance to the beach was the best part! And the communication was awesome as well! Thanks again for everything

Amazing Getaway Spot!

This place is the best bang for your buck!! I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest area, but this one caught my eye. The house is right behind the beach, you can wake up every day and see the blue clear water. There are so many food places, convenience stores, etc within 10 minutes of walking distance. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the airport, and last but not least it also has a private pool!!! It is also as secure as it can get. We had 0 complaints.

Beautiful space

Stunning space with semi-private pool that gets lots of sun. Completely gated off so it is quiet even being near so many bars. Enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood, quick walk or scoot to Isla Verde beach.
