The room was very nice and clean. They use an in-line water heater which is not the best if you like taking hot showers. There's also no AC control in the room but the fan made it cool enough.

Clean room, comfortable bed. noisy street outside - thin windows do not help the noise. Good location for the price. No elevator so be prepared to tote your bags up stairs.

Great Location! The check in was easy. The room was small, but perfect for our stay. The lobby area outside our room was a good place to hang out. We also enjoyed one night on the roof top, rained the other night! So easy to get everywhere in Old San Juan from the Navona Studios.

Room was good, just know that some rooms are interior and don't have any windows. It was a perfect location for exploring old San Juan. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was run down but the main problem was that the air conditioning was way too cold and all there was on the bed was a comforter that was almost as then as a sheet and there wasn’t a blanket in the room and no one to contact. We had a terrible sleep!! Also, the smell of disinfectant was so strong it made me feel sick. We are never staying here again.

The hotel was located above a jewelry shop where you could leave your bags until checkin and after checking out. The men who worked there were super friendly and helpful. Best reception.
