The hotel is really pretty and in a great location everything was close by, and parking was easy to access. It’s right in the middle of a highway, which made getting in and out a little tricky (kind of dangerous!), but surprisingly, it was still very quiet. No noise issues at all! The room was big and clean. One weird thing — housekeeping came in once without our permission. Nothing was taken, but i felt a bit off. Still, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Because of the weather and the air conditioning, the room did get a bit humid and damp at times, but that seems to be normal for the area. All in all, it was a really nice stay. Loved it and would definitely come back. 100% recommend if you want somewhere pretty, comfortable, and close to everything!

Jonathan B or D, can’t remember which one, was AHMAZING and went over and beyond during check in. He showed me around the facilities to make sure I was comfortable and check in and out was seamless. Although the experience at the hotel was great, Expedia made the stay terrible. They would not honor a price match guarantee. I submitted a claim not once but twice showing the lower price for the room I originally booked. Because of that my rating isn’t as high as it would have been otherwise.

We really enjoyed our stay very wonderful property. The staff was great although room cleanliness was a bit of a problem because of a water outage, I wish that they would have at least still delivered some housekeeping services such as taking out garbage and making beds it would’ve made the experience a lot better. Overall, I would recommend.

I have been staying for 10 nights at the Bali Posh Hotel in Carolina, Isla Verde and I can overall say that it is a nice modern designed hotel with daily breakfast at the pool bar and outdoor dining side. It contains bagels, croissants, yoghurt and biles eggs plus some fruits, too. I have travels by myself this time to Puerto Rico after staying at Bali Posh already this year with my son in April before. The hotel is safe a d I felt safe. The beach is walkable and beautiful. I would only like to mention that ones which would like to sary at Bali Posh Hotel should l Le that you have to cross the highway over a secure bridge. The way from the hotel to the beautiful beach is not far to walk at all. I would like to speak highly positive about Cecilio at this point who is at any given day very attentive and friendly ; Cecilio works daily on / at the beach for Bali Posh Hotel. Also Daniela, housekeeper lady, had been very friendly. In short: I can recommend this hotel which is also very close to Old Town San Juan. With an uber like 16 mins away depending on traffic and time of the day. Me personally lives in VA and I will come back to Bali Posh Hotel in the near future. Anke

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bali Hotel and Resort in Puerto Rico when we visited in May. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and right at home. A big shout out to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, it truly made a difference in our stay. The hospitality was top notch, with everyone going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. Special thanks to Xavier, the head bartender, who stood out with his incredible service, warm personality, and top-tier cocktails. He truly added a special touch to our vacation!
