Walking distance to many restaurants.Beach access is right across the street . Chairs are provided on the beach, not everyday though. There is a restaurant inside the resort but it is not open everyday either. The breakfast could be a little better with more options but it had the basics. The coffee shop next door is great. Uber pickup and drop off was easy and convenient. All in all everything was good for a no name brand hotel.

The decor and construction of the hotel was beautiful, they did a very good job. The breakfast that was included I wasn’t very impressed by as it just seemed like little snacks to eat. The staff was nice but I hope the cleaning people didn’t go through our luggage when we were away from our rooms. But overall a hotel I would go back to in San Juan

Property looks was 10/10 staff 10/10 But the rooms was very small with no where to put your suit cases or bags, everything had to be put on the floor. And the shower was a little odd because it didn’t have a door I understand the aesthetic but the convenience of it wasn’t too good water would be all over the bathroom floor. Oh and the WiFi was horrible but definitely could just be the location. Overall it was an ok property:)

The place is good but the service poor. Terrible breakfast, moldy bread, extremely cold boiled eggs cooked the day before?? There is no people to control the noise guest (celebrating until 3 am.)

I love it and I will most definitely stay again, the bar was closed during the week that’s unfortunate I only experienced one day of the bar, I feel like the bar should be open everyday some people like their vacation over the weekdays too. The bathroom was not clean I had to clean it myself when I got there but other than that everything was amazing thank you.

Not sure how old this property is but for what I see they are doing renovations. This does not mean that when you go to the room that you paid would be dirty and have to ask for normal things such as toilet paper and other amenities that should be in the rooms has other hotels do. Love the property. Staff seem to be on the phone more than doing up keeping. The pool was dirty, breakfast way too simple and not enough. Hope they read this so they can make it better since it is in a nice location.

We booked at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and were grateful we had a place to sleep. Limited customer service, noisy, and malfunctioning door lock. Positive - clean and had a nice restaurant.

El hotel muy bien, la pool bien linda y limpia, la muchacha del enfrente ( alta y morenita) es muy grosera y fea forma de hablar, uno va y paga para que lo atiendan dignamente pero los otros empleadoa muy amables y muy atentos la mucha blaquita fue muy linda su forma de atentender todo bien y un poco incomodo el parqueo, el baño a la hora de bañarse el agua tiende a salirse y se moja todo el suelo.

Hotel looked really nice but wasn’t super impressed about room service or breakfast. We stayed closest to the pool/bar area and music was very loud at night. Our sheets were also never changed just few new towels every day. Not very impressed by the breakfast offered just yogurt and some fruit. Half way through the trip found a bakery very close that was really good. During the day there weren’t many people around so had the pool to ourselves the few times we used it. Overall had a good stay but could tell hotel was new.

Beautiful environment! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Me & my best friend loved our stay here. Only thing is the breakfast is very minimal, finger food type beat so keep in that mind in case your a breakfast person :)
