Seems rooms were renovated however the hotel itself is a bit old. Our ADA room is not quite roomy. Though there was a chair for the shower but seems there’s no way to place in the tub. Breakfast was ok not much of selections. Mainly bagels and muffins. Boiled eggs aren’t fresh, juices are tasteless. All in all it was ok I think there’s room for improvement.

The property is old. I has been painted and fluffed about as much as you can without an full renovation. But it is still lacking. Having cats in the lobby, just feely walking around. With roaches in your rooms. in 30 years of travel. I have never encountered this poor condition of a Hilton property

Rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day. I was there for four days and my room was never cleaned. I never had a packet on my door saying not to clean it. I’ve complained to management as they have a guaranteed satisfaction policy. I complain at the front desk, I also sent a text in an email to One of their managers. I still have not heard back from anyone regarding why this was not done and how are they are going to compensate. The hotel was mediocre best. The bats were queen, and I didn’t have a whole lot of complaints other than the rooms were never cleaned as they had promised. Breakfast was very mediocre and very limited. But I also knew that when I purchased the stay at this hotel. I’m just extremely disappointed that they say that they are guaranteeing satisfaction and I’ve never received a call back or anything. I won’t be staying there again.

Positive. 1. Good location and near the airport. Negative. 1. Called their customer service 5 times for an early checkin request before getting someone on the phone. 2. Room given was outside the corridor (looks like they built extra room outside the secured area) and really felt unsafe to stay. Outsiders had access to the room directly. 3. Breakfast offered was below average and below par with high I have had in other hotels. There is room for improvement.
