We enjoyed our stay! I love the unlimited coffee! Breakfast is good, though I just wished there were more varieties/option. They clean our room daily. The property is in excellent location. It’s just a few blocks away from FW and Ghirardelli Square. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Overall good place to stay. Had the Expedia parking credit but was a bit of an issue getting the benefit for the two night stay but ultimately front desk at check out resolved it. Hotel very well located, Clean. Woman who checked us in at front desk was not personable. Other hotel staff were very service-oriented.

Great area to stay in, close to the Wharf and pretty easy to walk to everything or the buses to get to other locations. Rooms had a little bit of a musty smell to it but you got used to it after a second lol Breakfast was great every morning and good coffee. The staff were great.

The room and amenities were not as expected especially considering the cost. Beds are uncomfortable the breakfast was subpar and reused. The water pressure was low and the room in itself seemed out of date and stuck in the 80’s to bad the price didn’t match.

I truly enjoyed staying here with my family. It’s conveniently located near fisherman’s wharf and walking distance to pier 39 and Ghirardelli square. Valet parking could be a bit much but keeps your car safe and comparable to garage parking nearby for a daily rate. Breakfast is convenient and they have a 24 hr coffee station which is a wonderful touch. Housekeeping did an amazing job daily. The staff were very friendly and front desk staff provided info on great places nearby for those that have never visited before.
