Very good location, close to airport and literally next to the train that goes to San Francisco. Host is very responsive.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed. The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. There was a hamper of dirty laundry and a drying washcloth in the closet. There was exposed wiring in the hallway ceiling. There was no information of any kind about Wi-Fi, checkout process etc. Electrical outlets were loose and at least one lacked power. On the positive side, it's very close to the airport and the BART station. Floors etc. were clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the host was good.

8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions: it would be good to label the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and closet so that guests know where everything is. Provide clear instructions for check-in prior to arrival. Toilet box has a leak, causing the tank to take longer to fill. It is a small fix. Also, light bulbs in the bedroom need to be replaced or updated. Wifi name and password should be prominently displayed.
