This is a no frills boutique hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided shower needs along with a hair dryer. There was a pod coffee maker and a small fridge. We had two full-size beds which were comfortable. Don't expect on-site parking. There is ample parking nearby. Just watch the signs because there is street sweeping. The staff was amazing. Everyone we met was helpful and very nice. The location of the hotel is just amazing. You can hear the ocean at night. You're walking distance to everything you need but tucked away on the "quiet" side. I would definitely return. Thanks, Pacific View Inn!

Staff was very accommodating and helped make our stay special. Hotel is right next to the beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and stocked with clean towels and sheets. Would highly recommend this hotel for the beach front rooms.

The room itself was ok, the sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way so that was a little annoying The staff member Roxanne was unbelievably rude and unprofessional while trying to check in and get my key. The location was however amazing!

I do not agree with not staffing a hotel after 9. Many people arrive late from traffic or late planes. There were too many texts and messages for people traveling to keep up with. I do not agree with the form sent for authorization of charges because it was vague and does not explain amount or what its for. Most hotels state for example, "there is a 50 dollar charge hold for room incidentals that will come off your cards after x days". That is very clear. Your form is not clear and not a binding agreement Id agree too without more specifications. Also there is no way to get a paper copy of the agreement from an online form in case you do not agree with charges after the fact. Staff was nice and property was in a good area and clean. Room is clean. Good review there.

Check in early and was told to come back at three. Room was not ready at 3. 4 a clock came around and still room was not ready. I had to sit in the lobby and then watch them check 7 people who got rooms right away. At 4:40 my room was finely ready. Horrible experience

When we arrived I talked to the front desk lady who said that even though I noted on my reservation that I needed a parking space, she said I should have called. She was so… rude. Clearly she doesn’t belong working in the hospitality industry. When I said, “So, you suggest I should park on the street?” She said she wasn’t suggesting anything. While it wasn’t so much what she said, it was as her tone that left a bad taste. This is not the way you want to greet guests. Everyone was nice after that first encounter. The room was extremely loud. We stayed on the first floor and the upstairs guests kept us up all night every night. I don’t recommend this Inn if you’re traveling with children. The location is nice and there are great restaurants within walking distance. You can’t beat the price. If you decide to stay here, stay in an upstairs middle room, unless you don’t mind noise.

We had a double room at the back of the hotel. While it was adequate, it felt very overpriced for what it was. I understand the beach is the main attraction and likely drives the pricing, but we were disappointed with the room itself—no view and very confined.
