At the end of the beach, so nice to not hear too much sound but be able to walk to beach.House has a lovely 3rd floor with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space.Patios on all 3 floors.

Whole House on Mission Beach!

All 3 stories to yourself !!! Great home and location on Mission Beach. The Property Management company was excellent with communication and the home was clean and had everything we needed. If you're traveling with family you should know we were able to fit a Honda Odyssey minivan in the garage, and there was still room for bikes. We recommend this home and would stay here again.

Looking forward to our next visit

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the sand with unbeatable ocean views right from the house. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the patio was a dream. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was responsive and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this place is a slice of paradise. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Beach Vacation with Family!

We had a fabulous stay! We were a large group (myself, husband, two kids, brother's family (with baby), and two sets of parents / in-laws. Having two kitchens and multiple areas to hang out made our large group dynamic perfect (we were able to all be together at times, but also have separate space for more intimate meals, napping baby, etc.). The location of the house is amazing. Easy to walk to the beach or bayside, but slightly removed from the really busy path on the beachside. It was also an easy walk to Belmont Park, restaurants, etc.Additionally, the house has nice updates and was super clean upon arrival. The kitchen's are fairly well-stocked (always a challenge with vacation rentals) and there's some nice beach gear in the garage. One thing to keep in mind is that the master bedroom on the second level is only accessible via the bedroom with the double bed or via the steps on the third floor. Kinda wonky! We made it work by closing the doors between those two rooms and the people who stayed in that master used the third floor as their main floor, so it totally worked. Just worth calling out for planning.All in all, we had a fabulous stay and would absolutely rent this property again!

Exceeded expectation

On the sand bonus: this property faces a small triangular section of sand that makes it surprisingly private for sharing a public beach.The three levels allowed each family to have their own space and privacy. Pro tip: the garages are on Strand Way. From Mission Blvd, Turn right at San Luis Rey and then left on Strand. Look for blue gates 2609 and 2611.Excellent and responsive host, Thanks for a great family outing!

Beautiful, ideal for family units. Quiet area but plane traffic taking off is disruptive to conversations when sitting outside. Inside home is not affected much at all.

Beautiful rooms with strange layout. Main 2nd floor suite accessible through another bedroom or by going upstairs and then downstairs. Not suitable for handicapped. Main floors are second and third. First floor only has a bedroom suite. Furniture on second floor living room was awful. Too soft, too deep. Hard to get up. Great view.

Amazing property and location!

This place is perfect for larger groups, we had 9 adults and 2 children under 5. The upstairs was perfect for the young family and the downstairs perfect for my wife and I. 2 full kitchens makes the property perfect for groups like ours. Plumbing drains were literally the only issue and it was quite minor…just a-bit slow for some reason. First rate experience!!

Family trip

Location is perfect. Close to the beach with out everyone watching what your doing. The 3 levels were perfect. If you have elderly the stairs might be an issue. The patios were all amazing. Great weekend. Will definitely book again

Wonderful family vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House is as listed and boasts some special features such as effectively private beach front at the very popular Mission Beach. There is ample room in the house and multiple entertaining/lounging areas. Beach toys/chairs/boards are available and very fun. There was a beeping fire alarm that I alerted the owner about and was fixed in a matter of 1-2 hours. Very responsive and helpful!

Great Vacation Getaway Home

Amazing home! Has everything you need. Walk out back patio right onto the beach. Good coffee places within a 10 minute walk. Beautiful view of water and sunsets. Great for a large family looking to have a lot of space and bedrooms for everyone.

Clean maze

The house was clean, beach very accessible. It took us a while to figure out the layout of the house. It had plenty of beach supplies which was nice. Kitchen was well supplied. We had a great time.
