Horrible experience.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the unit had a strong, unpleasant odor—like dog mixed with humidity or possible mold. The property was clearly not properly cleaned: the shower curtain had visible mold, the carpet and floors were filthy (we couldn’t walk barefoot), and the sofas were stained and smelled heavily of dog. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and even basic essentials were missing—there was no soap in the dispensers and no napkins provided. The TV had constant issues with both the WiFi and the remote control.A serious concern was the mold, which is completely unacceptable and a potential health hazard—especially since one of our guests has severe asthma, allergies, and respiratory sensitivity. This should have been addressed prior to any guest staying in the home.Additionally, the neighbors made the experience very uncomfortable. We were yelled at for having a two-minute conversation at a normal volume. If we had been informed that the area had such a strict noise ordinance or that the neighbors were so sensitive to noise, we would not have booked this property. The fact that the neighbor has a full, direct view of the backyard pool area also made it feel far from private or relaxing.This stay did not meet basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, or hospitality. I would not stay here again.
