Great location. Nice unit. Host very responsive. This is the 2nd time we rent this unit. Will probably rent it again. Our daughter lives close by so very convenient.

Property is very nice and decorated beautifully beachy! It is clean and has a really nice patio door that slides open, making the space really nice and open. The location is perfect to go to the bay or beach or coffee, market. The street is quiet, safe and feels like it is out of The crazy chaos of Belmont.Beds are very comfortable. Nice amenities and cozy house.Garage is really tight and took some maneuvering to get into.Host was responsive and checked in.

We loved this place! Cute, modern, clean property with an amazing patio and in a great location! Steps from the bay and a very short walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway location

House was immaculately clean; steps away from the bay and the ocean. Several coffee shops, grab & go restaurants, and bars within walking distances as well makes this as convenient of a location for Mission Beach as can be. Great property and would absolutely stay again!

Relaxing Getaway in Laid Back Neighborhood

Super clean, relaxing vibe, with a nicely furnished comfortable patio for lounging and dining. Friendly neighbors and great location. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Ideal Location!

This property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the large patio with the sliding glass doors that opened. This was a very quiet court that was in an ideal location for us. We loved the very short walk to the beach and just steps away from the bay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very convenient location, short walk to bay side or beach side, coffee shop, pizza, Mexican food all walking distance and centrally located for short drives to the zoo, safari, sea world, Lego land, uss midway museum (highly recommend). Very clean and well kept

Great location. Nice unit. Only thing I would suggest is adding a fan to the bathroom. Also the hot water runs out pretty quickly. The garage remote died we reached out and it was taken care of right away. Very good response time when needed. Beds are comfortable. Nice outside area. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property

This was by far one of my most favorite vacations ever. The house was immaculate and had everything you need to cook and have a great relaxing time. The beds were very comfortable and my family and I enjoyed ourselves very much. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking at going to San Diego.

Would it give it a 5 star rating for cleanliness and overall comfort and relaxation. Only issues we had were ants in the kitchen and the very tight squeeze necessary to get a small suv in the garage. We figured it out with no dents. Having stayed in SD for some 20 + years if you stay South of the bridge you will deal with airport noise.

The house was clean. However, we did have an issue with the water heater not working for 39 hours. After the plumber came by, he did indicate he would let the management company know they need to replace and install the water heater in correctly. I don't know if the people in the above apartment above live their permanently living there or if they were just staying there, but they were extremely noisy all day long and most of the night. It sounded as though they were moving furniture or packing up boxes, but it was very upsetting. I was told I would receive a one night credit of our stay, but have heard nothing else about it.

The property was beautiful and the location was ideal. The house is pet friendly so I understand some imperfections but there was large amounts of dog hair on the couch. When opened the sofa bed there was dog food in the bed.. The pillows on the bed had large yellow stains

Amazing staycation

This property was the perfect setting for our summer staycation! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The double kayak provided hours of fun on the water, and the outdoor grill and seating area were ideal for family meals. The convenience of a designated garage parking spot and smart TVs in every room added to our comfort. There was truly something for everyone in the family! We will definitely be returning. The only thing that could make this property even better would be central A/C, as it did get a bit warm at night.

Nice property, clean and comfortable

Everything was great at the house except for a slight ant problem in the kitchen but there was spray available and as long as I sprayed daily and kept all food off the counter it was fine. I just wish there were more places available in South Mission to walk to dine. A couple of beach cruisers would solve the issue.

You can’t beat the location! Steps from the bay and a very short walk to the uncrowded beach. If you bring a dog, note that they are only allowed on the beach and walkways during certain hours (morning and evening). A decent convenience store/market a couple blocks away, and some tasty dinner places too. The beds were comfy, things were clean, plenty of towels. The sheet in the pullout bed was dirty, but there was a clean one to replace it easily enough. The garage was tight for our Honda Pilot, but we managed, and they clearly list the size of the garage so we knew it would be tight. The boogie board was fun. The beach chairs were handy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. In fact, the airplanes were really the only noisy thing. We walked to Belmont Park one night and it as a lot of fun. Easy check in and out. Overall, a really good experience!

This adorable beach house was perfect for my family of 5. Steps to the bay and tons of water/beach toys to have us all laughing. We all had space and used the kitchen for almost every meal. We loved our time here and made precious memories.
