Design bungalow with spectacular views located in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, in Sonneland. It is close to a shopping center and the beach is 2.5 km away.
It has two rooms for two people, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and large integrated dressing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has air conditioning. It has a private garden with fabulous views.
The complete one has a community pool, gym and playground. Reception service 24 hours a day.

Clean, well equipped and great outside space

Stayed with my husband and two young children, highly recommend. Was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Pool and play area was lovely and never busy. We loved the bungalows private garden which gave use plenty of space for sunbathing and for the children to play. Nice quiet area, supermarket outside, short walk from a park and a few restaurants and Holiday World too. Thank you!

Excellent apartment and location

Very helpful concierge and very clean and nicely equipped apartment. Especially there was enough space for clothing, which is not usual in these areas. The bathroom was spacious and we had always hot water for everyone one showering. The patio is great for late breakfast and not too hot.

Schöne Wohnung, bestens geeignet für 2 Erwachsene mit 1-2 Kindern.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem geschmackvoll und modern eingerichteten Appartement. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwar kein Fenster, dafür aber Aircondition, die es auch im Wohnzimmer gibt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im November brauchten wir diese jedoch nicht, es war nachts kühl genug. Sternabzug, weil in den Schlafzimmern kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden ist, sondern nur im Bad, dafür aber groß genug. Die Aussicht über Maspalomas ist fantastisch schön, besonders abends mit den vielen Lichtern. Man sieht auch die Straßen unten im Tal, aber der Geräuschpegel ist gedämpft und nicht störend.

Schönes Appartement

Der Kontakt zu Senora Vanessa war freundlich und prompt. Wir haben auf alle Fragen schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Das Appartement liegt in einer Wohnanlage und ist so, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Der Ausblick über Maspalomas und in Richtung der Dünen ist besonders nachts toll. Große Mahlzeiten lassen sich in der Küche zwar nicht kochen, aber es sind 2 Herdplatten da und etwas Kochgeschirr. Einzig die Betten sind nicht so toll, Eisenbettengestelle quietschen bei jeder nächtlichen Drehung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt dort und schöne Ferien verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant " El Carreton" ein paar Meter die Calle Einstein hinauf. Praktisch ist auch der Sparmarkt auf der anderen Strassenseite und die Bushaltestelle vor der Anlage.

Perfecto bungalow para las vacaciones

Nos vamos encantados de las vacaciones. El bungalow de Vanessa es tal cual se puede ver en las fotografías con todas las comodidades que describían e incluso alguna mas ( doble aire acondicionado, smart tv e incluso cafetera nespresso! ). La propietaria estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros no sólo en la llegada, sino que durante nuestra estancia se puso en contacto con nosotros varias veces para saber si estábamos a gusto o si necesitábamos algo. El apartamento tiene plaza para aparcar el coche, lo que se agradece porque es una zona complicada para encontrar sitio. El equipamiento es muy actual y el baño con vestidor es enorme y muy cómodo. Las zonas comunes están bien cuidadas y como el bungalow no está al lado de la piscina no hay ningún ruido que moleste a las hora de descansar. Por último destacar también que cuando llegamos estaba perfectamente limpio y preparado para nuestra llegada. Desde luego ha sido un completo acierto nuestra elección. Es un bungalow completamente recomendable!

El apartamento esta muy nuevo y bien equipado

Destacaria el baño, por lo amplio y bien equipado, y la terraza, perfecta para las cenas. Peor para desayunos y comidas porque da el sol desde las 7 de la mañana y no hay quien aguante el calor. Supongo que fuera de la epoca mas calurosa sera mas soportable. Lo que menos nos ha gustado ha sido la poca ventilacion que hay, porque solo tiene el ventanal de la terraza y la ventana del dormitorio principal, ni la otra habitacion ni el baño tenian ventana, lo cual dificultaba que el apartamento se refrescara incluso con el aire acondicionado puesto. Tampoco nos gusto que no hubiera una cortina opaca en la habitacion principal, eso hacia que entrara mucha luz desde primera hora de la mañana, lo que al menos a nosotros nos impedia descansar todo lo que queriamos. Las playas de maspalomas, del ingles, y la de san agustin (que recomendamos mucho mas que las otras) estan a 5 minutos pero en coche, andando es tardan 45 minutos... para aparcar bien porque teniamos plaza de parking incluida, si no complicsdo. Por lo demas, todo bien, una isla muy recomendable pata visitar, tanto por la costa como por la montaña del interior
