Excellent location for Yumbo and the airport bus stops. Wi-Fi a bit dodgy but best on balcony. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would go back. Good value for money.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Having stayed here many times, I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. The apts are a little tired but great. Any issues I had (shower pressure weak, many cockroaches every night) were sorted straight away. I asked for a ground floor as I travelled with my elderly mum and they sorted that for me, brilliant. The location is the best thing about here, perfect for nightlife and yet peaceful to sleep in. This was my 8th stay here and I will be returning at some point later this year and would highly recommend anyone else thinking about staying here t do the same. All in all for me it's 10/10.

This was the 1st and last time I stayed here at Los Tilos. The apartments are dated and need a complete overhaul. The reception staff barely spoke from the moment I checked in. After having to pay over 30 euros for wifi access which didn't work for the first few days, and after having to contact the company personally, it only then worked intermittently. Whilst there appeared to be a number of cleaners, the actual amount of cleaning carried out in the room was minimal. The floors were swept, but only mopped with cold water which purely served to move dirt from one part to another. The bucket was then emptied down the lavatory and not even flushed away!! Towels were old and ragged and the hot water lasted only a few minutes whilst showering due to the size of the boiler in the kitchen area. Overall, very disappointing for the price paid and certainly it monies worth.

Perfect location but low quality

I stayed in all the hotels around the area. This was my 10th visit in Maspalomas. The hotel is very basic in every way. Great location but very noisy which is fine but the beds are total nightmares. The sofabed in the living room was fully broken down. I could not even open it up. Cockroaches at the night nearby the reception. Completely Useless Wi-Fi. Broken equipments in the kitchen. Limited hot water. Very old building and rooms.

These Apartments are in a great location. Directly opposite the Yumbo Center And a short walk to the beach.Maybe in need of a lick of paint but otherwise a good place to stay.

Basic, good location, shame about the beds!

Rooms were basic which is fine, but the ground floor didn't feel safe and with No AC it was unbearable as you needed all the doors and windows open all night to sleep, the beds also gave me terrible back and neck ache so the sofa was a better option.

Great Stay at Los Tilos

2nd time at Los Tilos. Fairly basic apartments but with everything you need including a lovely pool. Housekeeping most days so nice and clean. Stright across from the yumbo centre so handy for bars, restaurants and shops and onky a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely go again.

Prima appartement.

We zijn hier al vaker geweest. Bevalt prima. Ligging tegenover de Yumbo is een plus. Veder is het schoon, goed onderhouden tuin en zwembad, dus wat wil je nog meer.
