The house was estetically beautiful. But the amount of issues was ridiculous. 1. Rented for my dad's funeral for 11 people, we got 4 towels and 2 washcloths. I had to request and new ones delivered. 2. We didn't have water for 24 hours. Management claimed it was a city issue but no one in the immediate area had issues , I did ask some neighbors to confirm. 3. Thermostat was either blasting heat at 80 or freezing is out at 60. We could not adjust. 4. Front bathtub would not drain. They delivered drano. Bathtub faucet also had constant stream of water. 5. Wallpaper was falling off in spare bedroom. 6, washing machine sounded like it was washing rocks. Very loud and all we had in it was one towel. 7. Stains on carpet master bedroom. 8 some type of electrical box in back yard had wires exposed. Dangerous as we had small children 9. Someone's else's food was left in the refrigerator 10. No coffee pot. Contacted host. Small 2 cup pot was delivered. Let me say again. I had 7 adults. 11. Floor boards dirty, hair. 12. Upstairs lamp broken. 13. Upstairs not connected to a/c had portable window unit. I could go on and on. It served it's purpose for a place to sleep, but problems with house far out weighed the positives. I have never left a comment like this ever, but the price I paid was not worth the trouble. If anyone wants to see pictures, I have multiple.
