“Pearl” of a place!

This property was just great for two couples. Well appointed, comfortable, and the roof top terrace makes it special. If you aren’t needing the whole Alamo, downtown scene, this location in The Pearl district is outstanding. Walk to great bars and restaurants and enjoy the quieter part of the riverwalk.

Gated. Three floors plus rooftop. Quality furnishings feel like a condo model home. Living room / kitchen floor is spacious with ample seating. Older, largely renovated neighborhood with a Police station in the next block. Highly recommend.

Lovely

We absolutely loved our stay! The lock was perfect to walk to The Pearl. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. And who doesn’t love coming right outside your door in the morning and grabbing a coffee from the local food truck! The condo was clean and exactly described! Modern cute and comfortable! We had our 2 teen daughters with us who loved having their own bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed when we wanted to eat in. Can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful Space!

Everything was easy. The location was great as it was not far from a lot of great places like the Riverwalk, Pearl, and great restaurants (by car). The only downside to the location was the vacant buildings in the neighborhood, but again, we felt safe - just wasn't the best views. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything you could ask for in the unit, just perfect for 3 couples! We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and convenient

Enjoyed my stay at this clean, beautiful property. It was well stocked and comfortable- especially the beds which were A+++! All of the stairs were a bit troublesome for those with bad knees, but not a surprise since it was 3-story! Very close to the Pearl and downtown SA. All in all good value for an excellent property.

Lots of space and close to everything!

The property was spotless. All of the fixtures were modern and worked well. The beds were super comfortable! We had six adults in our party, so we appreciated that every couple had a nice, private space to sleep in. The roof was a fun place to view some incoming thunderstorms and also watch the sun rise. Special thanks to Alyssa, who politely and promptly answered every question both before and during the trip. Probably the best VRBO I've every stayed in. You are a short walk from the Pearl shopping district, which was beautiful. Also a short walk from the River Walk (not the downtown River Walk area, but still beautiful trails along the water).

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay! Access and instructuons were timely and easy to understand, and the area was perfect. The townhome was amazing - perfectly outfitted for us with a kiddo, and lots of place for relaxation. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Lication

This home was lovely and met our needs perfectly. It is very nice, clean and in the best location. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. This was the most well appointed Vrbo that we have ever been to and made our stay extra comfortable.
