There was no one at the desk to check me in for several minutes. I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. I find out it’s closed, Apparently if it is slow they close at 6pm. I arrived just before 7pm.
I left without going to my room since I had to scramble to find another restaurant within 10 mins.
When I came back I went up the room 426 for the first time. There was a do not disturb sign on the door. I thought it was weird. At first my key card did not
Work. When it did I walked in and immediately locked the door. I took a few more steps and saw the bed was in shambles and looked like this was an occupied room I started to leave and could not unlock the door. Then the bathroom door started to open, I finally got
Out of the room very scared.
I went to the front desk, visibly shaken. He said, that does not usually happen. I had to keep explaining what happened.
He sent someone to check the room they were assigning me to now. They said the mew room was perfect. They gave me the room next to the one that scared me to death.
Needless to say, I will not stay here again. This is terrible.
