Beautiful home

The home was updated and very nice. Very spacious. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and location was close to most attractions. The only complaint I had was the the grass was very high and the yard did not look like the picture. It would have been nice if the yard was mowed.

Warm and cozy home

We were there for an Airman graduation and the home was a great place to stay. We were close to both the experience of the Riverwalk, and the Alamo while being a short drive to Lackland military base. Two thumbs up on this rental.

Girls trip celebrating 70th birthdays

We loved our stay here. Everything was on one floor and the house is spacious. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of comfortable beds and updated bathrooms to make our stay perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and new. We arrived late the first night and were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The host was responsive and congenial. We have nothing but good things to say.

2 families come together after many years.

The floor plan could not have been any better for our group of 6 adults. The home was comfortable, clean, inviting, and well stocked with items we might have needed. The location was near a wide variety of stores and restaurants and had quick access to highways. Definitely a home we would rent again!

Beautiful home!!

This was THE perfect house for a group of 6 girls. Loved the open concept from kitchen to living area which gave ample space to gather and even allowed almost everyone to have their own bedroom. The kitchen was especially perfect where we congregated most the time. Lee was always very responsive to our requests and needs. The only thing missing was the actual coffee pot to the coffee maker but one of the girls brought her coffee maker so all was good. No place to hang your clothes if your in the master since they use the closet for supplies but was a minor issue with us. Lawn needs a bit of maintenance but Overall was a lovely home and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Birthday week

The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great with restaurants at the end of the block. My only suggestions would be concerning a lack of little touches such as towel bars, and securing slippery area rugs. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a very nice property. Very clean, very convenient. Very close to The Pearl and the River Walk. (driving close) At this time there is no outdoor space. To us it looked like this part of the renovation has not been complete.

A favorite

This house was perfect for our 3 “mature ladies” get-together. A lovely home, comfy beds, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of room, large open kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, plus the living area has a trundle day bed, so can accommodate a larger group. The location is fabulous, very close to the Pearl District, a half block from NOLA, an amazing New Orleans style restaurant, very close to La Fonda on Main, a SA favorite. And we appreciated having an early check-in option. We will be returning when we can.

2nd Stay Here

We had 6 women staying at the house - was very comfortable for that number of people. Has a large kitchen where we could gather for coffee and breakfast and a large living area where we could all sit. Beds are very comfortable. For those who need to know - they have a regular coffee machine and a Keurig machine. They include coffee and various sugars, so you should have enough at least to get you started. Very convenient location close to lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication - very responsive to all questions. Will stay again.

Back to School - Trinity University (Fall 2023)

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated home, very close to the Trinity University campus and Pearl. We were returning our Sophmore Football Player to his Dorm on the TU Campus. The home is conveniently located to school, restaurants & The Pearl. The home is beautifully updated, w new kitchen & bathrooms. Perfect family gathering place with 4 bedrooms and ample common space. Top Host, Great Location and a Lovely Place to stay

We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s home. Location was convenient to everything downtown. The unit is beautiful. Lee is communicative and followed up on all our requests. Will definitely stay here again.
