Perfect!

Super clean home with a hot tub! Cyd was easy to reach and text and said we could check in early.He had coffee, creamer, bottled water and condiments. It was nice to be in a home where you did not have to bring all the little things.

My friends and I loved staying at this house. It was very clean, big with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, and it has a very cozy livingroom and kitchen. We didn't get a chance to use the jacuzzi (because the weather was too cold for us). The owner was very nice and responded quickly to pur messages. When I go back to Utah, I will try to book this place again. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable Place, Great Value

A very nice place that suits basic needs. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to reply to all of my questions. My brothers and I really enjoyed our weekend in Salt Lake City.

Great Stay - Great Location

We had a very comfortable stay! The place had lots of room and was stocked with everything we needed plus its a great location with quick access to the hwy and mountains for skiing. There was lots of room for our gear in the garage and we enjoyed using the hottub to ease our muscles after a day on the slopes.

Great for a family

Clean house with everything you need. The hot tub with outdoor TV is awesome. The host lives in the basement of the house. Fairly close to the airport but quite a ways from downtown.

wonderful place to stay!

We loved this home. We felt like we were at home here, very clean, stuffed with all the things you need in a home from the kitchen to the bathrooms and all, just like home! We loved the hot tub and even enjoyed an evening with family on the patio grilling steaks and lobster. It was only 5 minutes from my brothers home so it was very convenient for us too. We highly recommend this home and the owner and will book again if were are ever back here again.

Thought of everything!

Just exactly what we needed. A home away from home. Great centrally located home base for visiting with family across the valley. Can't think of a single thing we might have needed that wasn't provided. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Fantastic property and location

Cyd, the owner couldn’t be more hospitable and friendly. He informed us first thing in the morning that the home was ready for early check in. Since he didn’t have a guest checking in on the day of our checkout, he graciously offered to allowed us to stay a couple of hours after. The location of the home is right next to the salt lake community college, which was perfect for my active young adult children for sports. The home had everything we needed for making home cooked meals. The jacuzzi was definitely an added pleasure. He even have a tv just for enjoyment while using the jacuzzi or BBQing in the backyard. Thank you Cyd for making our stay so memorable! Jane H.

If I need 3 rooms, I'll stay here again

Everything was good or great! Hottub was perfect! The house has lots of extras. Really nice to use the garage for car even with the remote :) Clean, nicely laid out... would easily stay here again.

Most Thoughtful!

This has been one of the best stays for us. The owner's ability to look through what you need for a great vacation is simply amazing. Every thing from what you need for a simple meal to what is expected in a bathroom(down to personal hygiene products) was there. Simply outstanding!!

Clean, Cozy, Convenient Home!

This home delivered MORE than we could have asked! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our party of 3 adults and 4 children, a spacious kitchen, and access to the deck and hot tub. Well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, toiletries, etc... I was able to do my holiday baking for a family event! Host was VERY easy to reach when we had questions, very kind and accommodating. We will be back and will recommend this place to our friends and family!

Best EVER!!!

Cyd was an amazing host!! The house was super clean and the location was perfect! The out tv and hot tub was an amazing place to relax. Cyd’s house was completely stocked no need to have to go buy anything. He has thought of everything that you might need on your stay. I’ll definitely be back

Super Host

We came to Taylorsville for a week to play in a regional tournament. Our stay at the property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The home has everything readily available and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. He even offered to let us use his ice chest and lawn chairs for the tournament. If we make it back to the greater Salt Lake area we will definitely be staying at this property again.

Family Wedding Trip

Easy to access from main roads, easy access to the property, everything was clean and ready for us to stay. The property fit our needs and was exactly as described on VRBO site. We had a great time in the Salt Lake City area and enjoyed our stay at this house.

Home away from home

We needed a place that my daughter and family, myself, and my mother could gather and enjoy family time as well as celebrate my mother's birthday and the 4th of July. This was a great choice. The owner lives downstairs and was so kind and accommodating. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, great tv, games and books, garage access, etc. etc. All was on one level with just two steps from the garage. We'll come back!

Beautiful accommodations and responsive owner

We had 3 adults in our family. Lots of nice upgrades done to this house; plantation shutters and kitchen. Very comfortable and safe. Everything was super clean and easy to use. Owner was very response to all questions, no matter how small. We hope to return for another visit.
