Parking was a little tough at first but we found s spot. Our room was tucked away on the end on 2nd floor and as quiet as can be! Our view was of trees, which was really nice! Clean room as well. Thank you for the nice stay

The floor was filthy. It literally turned our feet black within a few minutes. The bathroom counter had not been washed off and had dried clumps of stuff on it. The breakfast was a prepackaged muffin, nutri- grain bar and packaged oatmeal that I guess you could make in a cup.

When we arrived, there was no shower curtain, though the staff did provide one after we reported it. We then discovered that the tub did not drain properly. I called the front desk and was told they would look into it and call me back, but no one followed up. About an hour later, we checked in at the desk and the employee admitted he had gotten distracted and had not done anything yet. He then said he would create a maintenance ticket for the next day, but no one ever came or contacted us. We ended up unscrewing the drain stopper ourselves and removing some hair, which improved the situation. Additionally, the freezer did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. On the positive side, the property is in a convenient location with walkable access to a park, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, it was an average stay consistent with the price point, though the unresolved maintenance issues lowered the overall experience.

My first room the floor was so dirty when I stepped out of the bath my feet were black. My tv wasn’t working the front desk said they would come in on Saturday to fix it. The door did not close fully and there were visible gaps where you could see inside the room from the front door. They only moved me to the second room after I couldn’t get I to my first unit and asked if they repaired my tv. The new front desk staff stated that maintenance wasn’t on site on the weekends so all she could do was switch me rooms. I accepted. The new room still had a visible gap from the front door but not as bad. The sink wouldn’t drain but the front desk staff was able to fix this for me.
