The hotel was all booked and did not have any rooms or reservation for me! Had to search for another hotel a long way away from where I needed to be! I will be contacting Travelocity and expecting a full refund for the hotel charge. They stated that Travelocity had never contacted them!

Clean and friendly! However the elevator is kinda scary. The food was alright, they don’t offer much especially juice wise. They also hold $100 from the account, no biggy but we came up for an emergency and left us with little to spear. Expedia didn’t mention that. Room services also came at like midnight and nocked 2x on the door saying “room service.”

Pool had way to many cracks in it, a lot of it was patch jobs but didnt look professional and definitely looked unsafe. The bathroom was dirty and there was big pieces of cookies and crumbs down by the night stand. Power did go out for a short time durning our stay, security lock on our room door was completely broken and coming out of our door.

this Hotel is really far from everything. Also, the reception here is not really friendly especially the guy. They don’t even ask on how the customer is doing. Very unprofessional , except for the house keeping, all of them are nice. Don’t book here, if you’re going to SLC , book downtown hotel if you want to do something else.

The room was okay for the price. The room we stayed in needed some big renovations. The window pane had a crack, the bath tub needs refinished, the carpet was fraying. When we got to the room one part of the carpet was wet but that could have been from a spill or something needing to be cleaned up. Then the hotel charged us some weird $3 charge I wasn't aware of as we had booked our stay on expedia.

The woman that checked me in was dour. No welcoming, no greeting, grunted responses, no "Have a good stay", no Thank you or you're welcome. She should not be at the Front desk...ever. Room 324 has odd stains on the bottom of the bathtub. Everything else was fine.

Good enough for a quick stay but not great

It’s not the best place I’ve ever stayed at but not the worst either. The hotel itself is clean, room was clean and all was as advertised. We didn’t make it down to the pool and hot tub before it closed so I can’t speak to that. The elevator felt slightly off and stopped working for a period of time during our stay but they got it fixed quickly. I nearly threw the tv out the window because the instructions for the Roku tv aren’t very clear and there were 2 remotes. You need to go on to a website via phone or computer to authorize your room for any of it to work. And for me the epitome of being in a hotel is watching Forensic Files. The breakfast was very meh, juice completely watered down, eggs were watery too. Again good enough but not great. If a good breakfast is your thing this may not be the place for you.

We have stayed here numerous times. We find it comfortable and convenient. The breakfast is very nice. The staff personnel are helpful and friendly. There is ample parking and iit is in a safe area. We had great anemities and the room was very clean. It was a very enjoyable stay.
