1. Getting into the property is beyond annoying. There is a fence that doesn’t lineup properly with a short chain on it. You have to unlock the padlock and lock the padlock each and every time you walk onto the property. Very annoying.2. The place itself is ok, Couch is definitely the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Sitting on concrete is more comfortable. 3. The beds and pillows are the cheapest bed I’ve ever slept on and it’s got plastic wrapped around it underneath the sheets, which makes a noise every time you move. 4. There is this pungent smell that is inside the apartment that does not go away. It’s almost smells like sulfur from the swampy water out front. 5. You can’t take a proper shower because there is basically no water pressure at all. The showerhead water streams are shooting in every direction. 6. The towels that were provided must’ve cost less than 10 cents each. They are cheap and they are barely large enough to dry off a newborn child. 7. The TV Wi-Fi was not working. We were trying to get it to work over and over and I am a pretty tech savvy person. 8. Lastly, I would not even walk on this floor without shoes on because it was disgusting.The only positive was the homeowner did reach out to check in to make sure we got in safe safely, That is the only reason I gave it two stars. I would not stay at this place even if it was free. Sorry for the bad review, but I have to be honest for other people.
