Great house in a quiet walkable neighborhood. There is a house nearby that sells coffee (which is allowed in Salinas) if you make a right out the front door. There is a Starbucks close enough Everything was well equipped and the owner was responsive. House has solar and a Tesla level two charger but sadly that was not part of the rental.. I am sure it would be more popular. Pool is awesome, backyard is clean equipped with propane lamp heaters, so a dip at sundown in august was extended longer than normal. They allow dogs which was wonderful. The host was super responsive.
