Stay in the heart of the Dordogne with pool and terrace

A restored former tobacco drying barn, respecting its heritage. This single-story house, adjoining another gîte, is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner induction hob, and fridge-freezer, as well as a living room with TV and internet access. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Garden furniture and a griddle are available on the covered terrace in front of the gîte. The 1000 m² garden is open to the property.

Two friendly dogs live on the property.

Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, baby bouncer, and potty.
Linens, electricity, and heating are included. Sheets are €14 per bed per change. Towels are €5 per person per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €40. In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, relaxation and leisure await you at the swimming pool, shared with another 4-person gîte. The pool measures 6.45m x 3.70m, is 1.45m deep, has a flat bottom, is secured by an electric cover, is unheated, and is open from May to October. Enjoy the view of the verdant valley from the water's edge.

You'll appreciate the many architectural treasures of our heritage, just a few kilometers from Sarlat, and the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir. You can visit the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, Rocamadour and the Padirac Cave in the Lot region, or opt for outdoor activities such as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, or canoeing (trailheads start from the gîte and the river is 1 km away).
