In the heart of Saint-Restitut, a typical and peaceful village in the Drôme Provençale, La Maison Fontaine welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the south of France. Classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, this fully renovated, air-conditioned stone house of 125 m² is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It features an interior courtyard with a fountain, a secured pool, a large terrace, and a warm, functional living space.



Upon arrival, you are greeted in an intimate courtyard, bordered by stone walls, where a 9 m² pool basin stands, secured by an underwater alarm (not heated).



An outdoor staircase leads to a spacious terrace equipped with a dining area and sun loungers, perfect for summer meals or relaxing in complete tranquility.



The main entrance to the house is at this level. You enter directly into a bright living room, consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen and a comfortable, air-conditioned lounge with TV and Wi-Fi.



On the upper floor:

• Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm

• Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 cm + mezzanine with two additional sleeping spaces (beds 70 cm), ideal for children or teenagers

• Shower room and separate toilet



On the garden level:

• Bedroom 3: with bathtub and sink, open onto the courtyard

• Billiard room
