The studio offers direct access to restaurants and shops while providing a peaceful retreat overlooking a quiet courtyard when the windows are opened.

Cleaning included. Key handover and return are exclusively handled in La Rochelle (Minimes district).
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
