Studio agréable au calme dans une résidence sécurisée situé côté jardin. Notre contact a toujours été disponible rapidement au cas où. La marina et le port sont situés à proximité De même tous les commerces et grandes surfaces sont accessible à pied On peut toujours se garer à proximité Boulanger, pharmacie, médecins... au pied de la résidence Une grande piscine pour les journées farniente. Prévoir une cloche pour le micro ondes et peut être une protection des plaques au cas de fortes pluies sur la terrasse.

Je ne donne pas longtemps au plan de travail neuf de la cuisine par manque de petits matériels (planche à découper , couteau de cuisine petit et gros, petite plancha de table .vaisselle bigarrée bon marché. Dommage il y a aucun saladier d'avance pour préparer une simple salade pour le soir. Les poêles sont à changer d'urgence. Pas de mini four non plus. Fer à repasser ok mais pas de planche. Le diable se cache dans les détails mais ces détails font que le séjour sera réussi ou pas

Si c’était à refaire je ne louerais pas cet appartement

Direct sur la Marina de saint François , toutefois odeur nauséabonde des sargasses en décomposition qui ressortait via la climatisation dans la chambre. Climatisation dans le studio Toutefois lorsque la clim est en marche dans le studio l’extracteur rejette l’air chaud sur la terrasse cuisine !!! Donc impossible de respirer sur la terrasse ! Petit bémol en plus … une machine à dosettes type senseo serait plus adaptée et pratique

L appartement est situé dans une belle résidence sécurisée avec jardins et piscines à deux pas de la marina. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Très bon emplacement pour visiter l ensemble de grande terre.
