Enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the pool. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access. Entrance hall with wardrobe. Separate WC. Living room with LCD TV (2012), mini hi-fi system, and a sofa bed (160cm). Renovated, functional, and well-equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, etc. Hallway leading to two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), wardrobe/closet overlooking the sea, and the second with two single beds (90cm) and a wardrobe. Shower room (shower cubicle). Electric roller shutters. Secure free parking. An idyllic setting for a family holiday. Radiators and ironing facilities. pas de piscine et la plage impraticable (pas de sable mais des galets très inconfortables ) impossible de se baigner nous avons du faire 10 km vers CANETpour trouver une plage avec du sable JE NE REVIENDRAIPLUS DANS CE COIN
