Beautiful home

Our family stayed here for as we were in town for my niece's wedding. It is a beautiful and spacious home (all of the updates are lovely and the furnishings are great). There is a bike trail that is easily accessed from the cul-de-sac. The beds were comfortable and the house is quiet. The hot tub was broken during our stay, so we just used the pool during the 98 degree F weather. It was refreshing and just what we needed to help cool off. The owner Sylvia was very communicative and easy to connect with when needed.

Great location and communication. Decently quiet. Good pillows. Hot tub not working during our stay, but got a little compensation for that. Could have been a bit cleaner. (Windows, carpeting) Other than the hot tub not working, would prob stay again.

Quiet neighborhood, great amenities

This is our third (or fourth??) time staying at this house. We love the location, the pool, the spa, and how well the streaming works on all the TVs -- that sounds silly, but the kids appreciate not getting stuck by slow wifi. We'll be back!

Comfortable and Fun!

Loved this property. Centrally located, under 10 minutes to everything we wanted to do. House is at a dead end so no street traffic. Layout of the house was great with kids, en-suite room was at the other side of the house making it feel more private. Our kids loved the backyard and were in the pool all day long. We will be coming back.

Excellent house that has gone above and beyond

We stayed in Folsom for our visit to family. The house is beautiful with a great pool and play structure for children. The owners have added supplies that most homes and owners don’t do. There were coffee pods available and laundry pods and shampoos and conditioners in the showers. None of this they are required to do but because of this we would definitely return to of the need arises.

Enjoyed our stay in Folsom!

This was a beautiful home in Folsom in a great neighborhood. The best part about the neighborhood was that there was a beautiful walking/biking path steps from the front door! I walked my dog on that path several times a day! The house was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. It is winter so we did not use the pool, but the hot tub was perfect on a cold winter night! The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans etc., so that we were able to cook several meals at the house. Thank you for a great stay!
