The room was clean, likewise the amenities were available. The lady at the desk was very perceptive and kind to offer us bottled water (after long hours on the road, that was what we needed most) . What stood out too is having 2 televisions in the unit with a personalized greetings. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The manager and his staff woked hand in hand to facilitate room preparation. Great service!

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, nothing over the top. Unfortunately housekeeping wasn’t so great. We stayed Friday-Monday. Housekeeping was supposed to come through every other day and they never did. Had to pick up towels at the front desk after a long day, just an inconvenience.

The furniture in the room was uncomfortable. The couch and chair were not comfortable at all. It would be helpful if there was at least one pot or pan to be able to cook anything. Maybe a bowl or two. We requested for the room to be cleaned on two occasions and it was never done.
