This fantastic house is located in a rural and very quiet area on the outskirts of sa Pobla, a small town in the north of Mallorca. The accommodation, in classic style, is fully equipped and has all the comforts to make your vacation wonderful. As far as the exterior is concerned, the villa has a spectacular swimming pool with jacuzzi (optional), a large garden of natural grass surrounding the house and several terraces perfect to relax and enjoy the wonderful climate of the island. The house is just 3 minutes drive from sa Pobla, a town with a lot of personality and full of life. In the main square, the nerve center of the town, you will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Dine at any of these establishments and taste the typical food of Mallorca is a luxury that you can not miss. In addition, in the same square, the weekly market is held every Sunday, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of cheeses and sausages, and handmade products. During the months of July and January, the festivities are celebrated, with a multitude of activities for the whole family, especially during July, a month in which there are many events due to their festivities, different art exhibitions are inaugurated, in addition to sports activities I gastronomy mostly outdoors, in August we highlight the International Jazz Festival, a must for music lovers. In addition, it is less than 15 minutes drive from the spectacular sandy beach of Platges de Muro and Port d'Alcúdia, tourist reference areas on the island. We have just spent 6 days at the villa and it was amazing. We were a family of 5 with children aged 7 and 5 years old and they had a great time in the pool. There is lots of space and the garden is huge! The villa is very private and has a locked gate with plenty of space for our hire car. The host was super friendly and very patient with us on departure. The villa was lovely and clean and the pool was a great feature. I would highly recommend this villa for its location too as it’s not far from Alcudia and there is a LIDL nearby and a EroSki for supermarket supplies. Thankyou very much we would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful villa! Wow, what a beautiful place. Our 11 year old daughter absolutely loved the massive pool (we all did). Lovely, peaceful location but near to local shops and beaches. A really good location for travelling around the island. Margalida the owner was such a lovely lady; super helpful , always available to help , the pool was cleaned daily and she left us lovely pastries! Really good aircon which saved us in the August heat, loads of space , we will definitely go back and cannot recommend highly enough!

Margalida ist eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die nicht selbstverständlichen Hilfen bei Fragen, das sofortige Lösen von kleinen Herausforderungen bis hin zum leckeren Kuchen am Sonntag. Die Anlage ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr groß und alles gepflegt und sauber. Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!
