What an amazing experience!

Not only are the glass apartments very luxurious and have an amazing hot tub and sauna but you get to lie in bed and watch the Northern Lights. I think it would be a good idea to provide guests with eye masks because the daylight can wake you very early.

We check out in early morning. Stay in glass gloo that is far away from reception so we need a transportantion from hotel for suitcases. They suggest us to use chatting for sling service- so we did. Unfortunately no response.

really nice and helpful staff! Everything perfect!

Friendly staff helped for detailed check-in. They provide shuttle to drive you and the luggage to your room door! And for check-out as well! Free access to the snowman world including the ice house and ice bar, and snow slide. In the igloo, You can see all the color and materials are matched and designed. Have own kitchen, sauna, massage bath! What a great experience!

Einzigartige Übernachtung in einzigartiger Umgebung. Sehr sauber und gesamte Einrichtung neu. Für 4 Personen etwas zu eng und Küchenausstattung sagt einem direkt ins Gesicht." Geh auswärts essen." Leider ind die Iglus nicht konsequent nach Norden ausgerichtet.
