The Space:

The Studio is a private, self-contained guesthouse tucked into a quiet corner of Tihiotonga, with lovely views and a sunny deck to enjoy them from. It's a comfortable two-level retreat that sleeps up to four - relaxed enough for a couple, with room for a small family or a second pair.

A dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle, right outside.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to The Studio, with a dedicated parking space for one vehicle right outside. The owners live in the main house on the property, but the living areas are completely separate - you share only the driveway - so your stay stays private throughout.



The Neighborhood:

The Studio sits in the tranquil, residential suburb of Tihiotonga, a peaceful base that's still close to Rotorua's best-known attractions. Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal valley are just up the road, the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and the Secret Spot Hot Tubs are a short drive away, and central Rotorua with its shops, restaurants and lakefront is only about 10 minutes on.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around out here, and there's a dedicated off-street park right outside. By car, Te Puia is about 3 minutes away, the Waiariki and Polynesian spas around 10, the Redwoods about 11, and Skyline, ZORB and Canopy Tours roughly 14. Rotorua Airport is about 14 minutes, and the city centre a short drive.
