We had a fantastic stay, with some of the best service we've received. The hotel is ideally situated for arriving on the train directly from the airport (though it's best not to head back towards the station after dark, any other direction is perfectly safe). The room was excellent - plenty of space, clean with great a/c, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff could not have been more helpful, with a warm welcome on arrival and excellent help throughout our stay, arranging taxis and making recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice and we enjoyed the quality of drinks available at the bar. We wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend it as it's great value for its location and quality.

Exceptional experience

Amazing experience, early check in was permitted, our room was exceptional, felt like a 5 star hotel for the price of a 4 star. It’s central, so close to the main train station, but just one street away so you don’t see the chaos there, you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you walk around the block. The staff were so helpful. This is the hotel I book next time I come!

Great location by the train station. Staff were very helpful and nice. The area around is okayish but we felt very safe at the hotel and they even had added security. I would 10/10 recommend and stay here again. Most things are walkable within hotel distance.

Our room is very noisy. The hotel was not flexible either. We reserved 4 nights. But the travel agency changed the schedule. We had to stay 2 nights. We requested the rest 2 nights refund and cannot get it. We cannot get promoted for 2 nights stay either. The only good part is the hotel location near Rome Termini. I am not recommending this hotel.

Stayed here for a one night layover in Rome. Very easy and accessible property from the termini train station in Rome (2 minute walk). Worked very well for us for one night and the restaurant even accommodated our late night arrival where we enjoyed a tasty dinner and some great wine. Front desk was helpful and check in was very easy.

Good hotel in a bad neighborhood. But it worked for what I needed. Booked room for two but was charged surcharge for second person at property. That said, the room and facilities were quite nice. The are is quite loud at night, but again, you’re staying at train station and should expect both the dodgy neighborhood and noise. So that didn’t really subtract from score in my view.

Unfortunately, Una does not have a gym. Also, the noise level from the restaurant outside was very loud to 3:00 am and later. The windows need better sound insulation or they need to talk to the restaurant about noise after midnight.
