Staff was more.than accomodating. They were able to provide airport transport amd get is a roo. early to catch some sleep. They had good recommendations and even.made our dinner reservation for us. Every single employee at the hotel has greeted us and treated us with great kindness for the past three days. Actually, one of the waiters is going to do some research with me in Costa Rica in November. Of the hundreds of hotels where I have stayed, this is by far the best in terms of service. The staff go above and beyond. They treat us with exceptional kindness.

We had a great stay we highly recommend this property. The location is great, can walk to so many locations. Very friendly & helpful staff and the rooms are nice and comfortable. If we have friends going to Rome we would definitely tell them to stay here!!
