Everything else is great expect you can’t sleep at night at hour room. The hotel is sharing with other local residents, and the next room happened to be lunatics who kept on practicing piano and chorus until midnight and although the hotel had notified him.

Modern and charming, in a great location

A small hotel with rooms set under the vaulted ceiling of an old disco (and we assume theatre). Quiet, modern and a warm welcome. Excellent location with plenty of choice for bars and restaurants close by. Good quality buffet breakfast.

The Hotel is located in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few blocks. If you are considering a room rate that includes breakfast I would highly suggest including breakfast. There were lots of items to choose from and everything was fresh. Thanks for a great stay!

A Roman delight.

Though this is a very basic hotel, we had a great experience. The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly, very accommodating. The rooms are very basic but clean. Really good air conditioning, it was very hot in Rome. The hotel is on a small side alley, so it’s very quiet. They serve a decent breakfast. The biggest asset is the location. We were about 20 to 30 minutes, walking distance from the Vatican, the Colosseum, and the Jewish ghetto. There were numerous restaurants just minutes from the hotel, the beautiful Piazza Navona is literally two minutes away. I would highly recommend this hotel

The AC is not cold and it is sweltering in June. Staff turned off the AC daily when we were out. Bathroom had no counter space. There’s no ice machine. The hotel is down a dark alleyway. Otherwise a convenient location.

Location for the property is amazing and it is very easily accessible to very touristy places. The room we were in was a bit outdated, could be updated with paint. The worst thing was it had mosquitoes and the room we were given (which was not the one booked) was on the ground floor and beside a courtyard and right next to reception. It was a bit noisy but we remedied that with a white noise playlist. Overall, we just wanted a clean place to stay and we wanted to get around with ease.

If you book this hotel do not pay in advance. When we arrived they told us they didn’t have a room for us and asked if we could stay at a similar property. That property was not nearly as nice even though both were three stars. When we discussed this the staff was dismissive about it. We ended up paying for another room last minute due to this.

We had 5 amazing nights in Rome at the Navona theatre hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and our room was ready prior to check in time which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping staff were also fantastic. The central location also meant that we did not rely on taxis or public transport at all during our stay. Everything that we wanted to do/see was within a walkable distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome
