Good location. Very clean and tidy and facilities. Only issues is the road side rooms are very noisey! Not much sleep in the 3 nights as could hear everything that goes on outside which was annoying. Slamming doors to rubbish trucks to revellers.

As far as the location it was excellent. Walking distance to at the designer boutiques, shops, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, restaurants and more. The room was very spacious and clean provided all the essentials and mini bar with snacks and water. They only give you one key to the main door and one key to your room, so if in case you lose one or if traveling with someone else and want go to different places one is left without keys and there is no 24 hour concierge. Due to its location, it is very noisy and if you are a light sleeper your might find it uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay! As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the area and in the hotel. Alessandro was very helpful to help with after hours check-in and during my stay. While this was a 10/10 stay, the only piece of feedback I want to share is if you’re a light sleeper, room 104 may be a tough stay. Since it’s facing the street, it’s a bit noisy at night — but the view is SPECTACULAR. Would definitely stay here again!

Located near the top of the Spanish Steps, this flat has been converted into 6 private rooms. Each with their own electrical system to control the lights, outlets & AC unit. Alessandro was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of booking and our stay. It was wonderful after a long day of exploring all the sites in Rome to enjoy a delicious meal and glass of wine at the restaurant below, and come into our room prepared and pre-cooled for us. I would stay here again and again!!

Girls trip to Rome, excellent accommodations-clean, well-stocked room and very helpful staff. Within walking distance to many sights in Rome. Definitely coming back to stay here again-safe and secure space and the bed was ridiculously comfortable!

Cute boutique like stay. Things to note, you need to ring bell for someone to let you in and give you directions how to operate elevator with “secret code” to get to front desk. Building is half residents, half hotel. There is 3 steps when you first walk in that you need to lift your luggage. Accessible lift for those three steps is locked. Our room was large and recently renovated feel. One thing that was weird was the odor that came out of sink. The sewer smell would come out and we noticed it on day2. AC is strong and quiet. Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. No breakfast onsite but they give you complimentary mini bar and coffee/water. Bathroom was decent size- with one sink. Would stay here again based on convenience and not amenities.

Lovely hotel. Room was huge and perfect!

The hotel is at the top of the spanish steps. A good tip is to locate the elevator by the train station!! It gets you to the top without hauling luggage up Spanish steps.

Loved my stay at My Spanishsteps. The location is fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged for airport pickup and also helped arrange a driver to the cruise port. The coffee and snacks in the room were also an extra bonus! I would definitely stay here again!
