The hotel itself was great. the location is fantastic for the tourist to see all of the core of rome. The side street it is on is sketchy but that isnt the fault of the hotel and once down the street, everything is excellent.

Hotel near train station

The hotel is kept in reasonable condition, considering the age of the building, but the linens need upgrading both the pillows and towels. The shower floor is going to get wet as that's the way the shower head points and water pressure is minimal. The desirability to several restaurants and the main train and bus station is what I like.

Centrally located place new Roma Termini

The hotel is centrally located, only steps from Roma Termini station. That's why I chose it. My room (#211) was so-so. The bed had a rather thin soft mattress and none of the drawers in the armoire could be opened. They were all hopelessly stuck askew. I would have liked to take the extra pillow out, but that was impossible. The bathroom was fine with a large enough shower stall to actually be able to walk in without having to squeeze through as corner door.. The two large windows in the room were noise insulating and had European roll-down shutters on the outside. The Italian/Continental breakfast buffet was very good and the kitchen personnel were very friendly and efficient. This also applies to all the guys at the reception desk. Finally, I suggest the entire inside of the hotel gets a new coat of paint!

It did what it needed to do. Slightly sketchy neighborhood but can take the bus pretty much anywhere (the buses will never arrive on time). The mattress was poor but the man at the check in desk was very lovely.

1 adult and 2 teens stayed 8 days in August in the deluxe family room with the loft area. There was 3 twin beds. The location is great 6 min walk to Roma Termini and 35 min walk to coliseum area. Felt safe and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, clean, housekeeping came everyday to clean and provide clean towels if needed. There is a cute courtyard with tables to sit and have a drink outside. The only bad thing I would have to say is the shower was very small. Luckily we are 3 small people but if my husband came I don’t think he would fit. Also there is no mirror outside of the bathroom which meant you had to wait if someone was using. Overall this is a great hotel for the price and I would definitely go back.

3/5 Stars, but clean & in a good central location

This hotel is clean and in a great location next to the train station with easy access to the metro and busses. It is about a half hour walking distance to the Trevi fountain, and there are many restaurants, cafes and the grocery store very close by. If you are looking for 'no frills' you have found it. The rooms are clean, but outdated; and could certainly use a refresh. They do have an elevator and AC. Rooms have a mini fridge and mine had a desk. The morning reception manager was fantastic, the afternoon and overnight gentlemen left much to be desired. There is also a terrazzo for guest use which is peaceful and quiet, despite being in the heart of Rome. Overall, I would give this place a 3/5 stars.

Serene and beautiful

Beautiful hotel, located in the city centre but it's quiet, saw some tenants enjoying reading in the small garden. Room window has a curtain that can be remote controlled which was awesome Air conditioner was cool, rooms was small but pretty and has necessary amenities Great stay, very recommended

This hotel felt like home away from home! The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff and service is excellent, its a family business and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was good and they have an amazing garden / terrace for some quiet time amidst the hustle in Rome. Its walking distance from Termini station and close to key landmarks in the city.

Nice hotel but needs new beds.

The place was really well decorated, bathroom was a little cramped. The beds were old bed spring mattresses should have been replaced years ago or at least some type of cushy mattress should have been added to them.

We love the location. The breakfast was a plus for us to stay at this hotel. The staffs worked in the breakfast room were very friendly. We will definitely come back if we visit Rome again.

Room we booked wasn’t available when we arrive. They tried to stick us in a room that didn’t have enough beds. They wouldn’t let us cancel and we had to try and find somewhere else to stay last minute. Horrible place.
