Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Room and hotel were clean and beautiful. Room was comfortable. My room AC was not working properly. They sent personal to check it and said is was working, but it felt like 68 and I woke up sweating every day . Lat night we opened the windows and was a bit better. Bed was hard .

Roberta at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations and directions. Great location for walking to Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Our door lock was some what loose and if pushed hard enough would open, but otherwsise the room was wonderful. Our room looked right onto the square.

Being our first stay in Rome, we could not have picked a better hotel. The location is terrific, the breakfast was amazing and the staff graciously held our luggage on checkout day so we could continue to tour before our train to Florence.
