Un plano romántico en un edificio histórico

Lupa Flat es un apartamento de lujo y típico situado en Via della Lupa (puede acomodar un máximo de 4 personas), a pocos minutos de la Plaza de España y Piazza Navona. El apartamento recientemente renovado se encuentra en la planta baja de un edificio noble que data de 1760, y ha sido creado por el Marqués Giambattista Collicola Monthioni, un gran apreciador de las bellas artes, el gobernador de Spoleto y el Mayor Mensajero de los Santos Palacios Apostólicos.

En el patio trasero se puede encontrar una antigua fuente, construida por el famoso arquitecto Bernini. Se compone de una sala de estar con sofá cama y zona de comedor, un dormitorio doble con techos decorados, cocina totalmente equipada, baño con ducha. Está dotado de conexión a Internet y conexión inalámbrica, Tv, Radio Hi-Fi. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival – the furniture, dishes, and kitchen were all in poor condition. The mattresses were completely worn out and far too soft, which caused us serious back pain. The sofa bed in the living room was also very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.In addition, the apartment was very noisy at night since it’s located right next to a busy street. The neighbors kept slamming doors, and the garbage truck woke us up early every morning. There were not enough blankets for two people, and although we were promised a water kettle, it was never provided.For the price and description, we expected much more – unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.

Loved our stay and our host was so helpful!! Little hint and kind of funny in the kitchen when we were making coffee there is a bowl what looks like sugar but it's salt! We loved this place

Great location

We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay during our time in Rome. Within walking distance to the metro and so many must see places. Nicola was a great manager who went above and beyond to help us coordinate with the airport lost baggage department and their courier when one of our pieces of luggage did not arrive at the airport with our flight. Thank you for all your help!

Haven in the heart of Rome

Nestled in a narrow lane, a few steps from the green banks of the Tevere and the Augustus mausoleum and a few blocks from Piazza di Spagna and the Pantheon, this apartment is a cosy and quiet place to rest after your tours in the historical district. On your way, you will be able to buy everything you need for a relaxing happy hour or supper at the nearby Carrefour Express including antipasti and wine. Also a butcher shop offers tasty meat (via Asconia corner Prefetti) while his uncle sells poultry and fresh eggs on the other side of the street. We stayed in the apartment for 9 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. We appreciated the security, the access (no stairs at all), quietness and location with several usefull bus lines nearby. Thanks to Sergio, Nicola and Gabrielle for their warm welcome.

This place is a great location. Easy to walk to wherever you want to go/see. The room was humid and warm. The night air helped but it was the same the next day. No A/c and several of the fans didn’t work. There was enough fans there to find one that worked. If you are tall you will find yourself sucking a lot. Marco was an excellent host for us.

When In Rome Do as the Romans Do!

The best thing about this property is the location! You can walk to many of the essential sites, restaurants, (there is a neighborhood small grocery store just down the street to the Piazza Borghese, called the "Pam" store. It has most everything you need for items that you need to prepare yourself simpler meals in the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you dont want to go out every time you need to eat! The kitchen is small, but still efficient enough... Americans have to learn how to deal with smaller living spaces and kitchen spaces when in Europe, unless you want to spend a lot of money.... We were able to prepare simple meals when we did not feel like going out for a meal. I am a 6 foot tall man. The entrance to the bedroom is about 5 feet high, but I managed just fine not to bump my head. the ceilings are high, otherwise I would have felt claustrophobic because all rooms are small but sufficient! The Wifi works but the signal is not strong enough in the living room/ dining room area. So, you have to walk back into the bedroom with your device where the signal source modem is located and the signal becomes strong enough. Then you can take your device back into the living room and it will work for a while before you have to take your device back into the bedroom again..It is situations like this that seem frustrating at the time, but one has to get used to in order to accomplish what you are trying to do. The Staff here was very responsive and helpful

Excellent location

The location is excellent and close to many important historical sites, restaurants, shops. Walking distance to so many important sites, safe, and clean neighborhood. The manager is excellent and the staff responded without delay to my questions. Includes a queen size bed, and double sofa bed. Dinning table sits 5/6. Small but nice refrigerator and appropriate little kitchen for breakfast and very simple “cooking “. Clean towels and sheets provided. Small washing machine also very handy. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Horror

Alles war super gut dem Preis entsprechend, bis auf Bett/Matrazze - 60 cm eng, hart, hoch, instabil - auf Federn schwingend und ständiges Knallen von einem Heizungs-/Wasserleitungsklappen im Garten gegenüber meinem Fenster. 2 Nächte von 3 nab'ich gar nicht geschlafen. :(

Great retreat in Rome!

We'd give the Lupa flat six stars for location. We were able to walk to everything and only needed a taxi on arrival and departure. Sergio and Nicole were very helpful. The kitchen is pretty tiny and limited for cooking at home, but there are so many great places to eat nearby, it wasn't a problem for us. I'd recommend the taxi on arrival as the street and apartment door are difficult to find the first time, especially in the dark. We would be very happy to stay there again.
