The large eat in kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. Choose to eat your meals at the oversized island or kitchen table table. Better yet take your meals into the unique conservatory style dining room with cathedral ceilings and plenty of natural light.

The living room on this level is perfect for gathering with plenty of comfortable seating. The bright and cheerful shelves are stocked with games and books or unwind in front of the Smart TV where you can stream your favorites.

Great location to visit Bearskin Neck. Lovely neighborhood on a cul de sac, so no traffic.The home was spacious. Big kitchen, a separate dining room, tv room that comfortably sits 8 or play games with the family. Entire home was well kept. Beautiful pool, clean and seating outside for 8-10.

Great house in a great location!

We loved our stay at the Rockport Pool House. It was a spacious house with tons of room inside for our family and a wonderful backyard. The rooms were very clean with updates and modern decor. The master bedroom suite was huge! The house is only a short walk to town through a beautiful neighborhood. The host, Rachel, was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues. We would definitely rent here again!

Sister Trip

Seven “senior sisters” enjoyed a relaxing stay at the pool house. Everything was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The living room was roomy with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was completely stocked with all essentials. We loved relaxing by the sun drenched pool. Rachel (our host) and Chris responded quickly to our inquiries. We would recommend this place for any family vacation
