Notifications prior to visit were very helpful. We appreciated the early checkin available. Check in was ok but leaving the house and locking was a problem. There are no intructions included on how to lock this specific digital lock. Called for help. Person was very polite but the wrong instructions were given and was no help. He finally found a video which was then the correct one.It was not disclosed that the view was blocked on the 1st and 2nd floors by a house directly in front of us and really only visible from the master on the third floor. Disappointing.The house was very clean and tidy in general and we had a very nice time.... but the following issues occured: coffee pot had not been cleaned, there was trash still in the bathroom trash, the complimentary laundry soap was empty, not enough dishwasher pods for a family for 3 days, a drawer and cupboard didnt close and just swung and stayed open, and the faucet in the kitchen doesn't turn off properly. It just runs.
