Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels

4.5/5 stars This property was in a fantastic location—quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable! The beds were especially cozy, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with every gadget and tool we could possibly need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The access to the beach was incredibly easy and convenient. I do have a few small suggestions that could enhance the overall experience: adding screens to the windows and sliding doors would make a big difference, especially since the lovely ocean breeze seems to be the primary method of cooling. We visited during what locals called an unusually warm stretch, and without screens, we ended up with a few unexpected bug visitors. If screens aren’t an option, ceiling fans in the bedrooms or additional portable fans (we only found two) would be a helpful alternative.Lastly, while it didn’t majorly impact our stay, we did notice a few pieces of trash—like empty water bottles—under some furniture. It’s likely an oversight from a previous guest, but worth noting for housekeeping.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and the owners were very communicative and easy to work with. These minor adjustments could take an already great property to the next level

Fun location, right on the beach. Comfy beds, super well stocked and supplied. Definitely a premium price and a bigger check-out chore list than I see in many luxury listings--but it was nice to have everything we needed at our fingertips, and our kids' excited shrieks to head out the backdoor and be right on the beach was magical.

Beautiful beach home!

Everything went smoothly and the home was very accommodating. We were right on the beach. If you plans on staying here, be sure to pack for any sort of weather! We had sunny days but most days it was windy chilly!

web site did not mention that the main floor was on the upper level and you had the climb 15 stairs plus the stairs just to get into the place. these are not shown on the website. which was a big deal, we had family come down to celebrate a birthday and could not navigate the stairs. so we had to find another location for the birthday celebration.

Lovely location

We had a wonderful stay! The beach was a short walk away and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Well-stocked throughout the house and the hosts provide a detailed informational binder for the home, local amenities, and things to do.

The View

The views are stunning and the distance to the beach is perfect. We all felt the space was even better in person than the photos. It was stocked with everything we needed! The house info is in a black book on the bottom shelf of the consul next to the dining room table. It took a while for us to find it. And we highly recommend using the fans provided in each room to drown out the neighbors walking around next door. This townhouse is such a great space and you’ll love it! Seabreeze Ice Cream shop is worth the visit if you’ve got kids with you!

Host was communicative, property was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. Location was amazing. Just a walk over the dune to the beach. Appreciated that it was pet friendly, and the cold/hot water hose on the deck made post beach clean up awesome. Amazing opportunity to have all my adult family together for Thanksgiving on the Oregon Coast. Highly Recommend!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the view and proximity to the beach. My younger brother passed away unexpectedly and one of his favorites places was Rockaway. The view of the ocean is breathtaking.

Cozy Beach Home

This is a great place to stay! We have 6 adults, one child and border collie. We had a such a good time - mostly because we had a wonderful place to go "home" to after our daily adventures. Cannot recommend this home enough. Clean, great location, super comfortable beds and living spaces. Easy to walk to the beach and when we came home there was a faucet with WARM water to wash all the sand off! Thank you for letting us stay there! Loved it!!!

Loved our stay in Rockaway Beach!

Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend this rental. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The property is very well-stocked and comfortable.
