Breakfast was amazing. Room comfortable. However light at bedside didnt work. Charging for bottles of water in room, when paying these prices, isnt right. Having to pay for parking when paying these prices isnt right. Also, i was charged more than what was agreed to on expedia for room with 2 queen beds. This doesnt make me happy.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice restaurant. My only complaint is the bed was too firm for my liking but it was still more comfortable than most hotel beds.

The property was a beautiful place to get a to go coffee and walk the lake. The rooms were nice and clean. We did have an issue with a dog across the hall barking incessantly. The staffing was mostly amazing. There was one front desk lady that wasn't friendly at all, but I didn't catch her name. The other two ladies and gentleman we spoke with were awesome. The bartender could be a bit more attentive. Seemed more interested in speaking to someone who they obviously knew than taking care of customers. All that being said, we did love our stay and we will definitely choose the property again for our next stay!

First of all, "partial lake view" means you have to go to the window and crane your neck to get a glimpse of the lake. Otherwise, if just living in your room normally, your view will be of a parking lot and a parking deck. What a bummer. I wanted to change rooms (upgrade to one with an actual view), and there was a room available. But the the girl at the desk couldn't figure out how to do it. I mean, just give me a different key, right? But the staff can't think for themselves; they are just slaves to a computer program. There was an incessant buzzing in the room. Non-stop. I thought it might be the refrigerator so I pulled the bureau out (bugs & debris behind it!) to unplug it but that wasn't it. It was like humming through the ceilings or walls. Speaking of which, the walls are paper thin. I heard people talking, using the rest room, televisions -- thank GOODNESS I brought earplugs or sleep would have been elusive. No special toiletries provided, just the low end of coffee. Decor is bland to awful. Nothing special about design -- except there's a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which is hard fixed to the main mirror rendering it impossible to actually use. Good plan guys! Will not stay here again.
