The front desk people were very nice and friendly. However, there was gum inside on of the pillows in my room and the pillow cases were stained. Also having an issue resolving being billed twice and not able to reach anyone today to figure this out. Hotel was convienent to out destination and the breakfast was very good.

Parking was very safe at the motel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Gary, the manager, was so helpful with my bags and my car. They both helped make my stay a very pleasant experience.

I stay here often when flying in and out of Rochester! Can’t beat it for convenience as it is a short level walk from the Terminal. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The service is top notch!

Family of four we were given a king bed rather than two queens. Was told there was no queen rooms available, but looked online and online there were still queen rooms available. Had a young hockey team running and screaming up and down the halls. Overall expected more from a Marriott and was disappointment with the service.

The hotel itself was excellent. The only issue was that the address was the same as the airport. So when we arrived at airport arrivals, the GPS said we had arrived. But we had to drive another 200 yards past arrivals to get there. They should somehow include that instruction so you don’t panic when you get there the first time.
