I had an amazing stay at Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort in Roatan! The resort is beautiful with clean, modern rooms, incredible pools, and unforgettable oceanfront sunsets. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Roberto, the activities coordinator, who made our trip extra special by helping us arrange a dolphin snorkel and horseback riding right through the hotel, complete with transportation. He was always helpful, patient, and smiling! Breakfast was delicious and gave us energy for our adventures, and the dinner options—especially the shrimp ceviche and bang bang shrimp—were outstanding. So much to do on the island, and this resort made it even better. Highly recommend!

The most important thing is that every single person on the staff was incredibly kind, courteous, helpful, and professional. The property itself was quite dated. And when they made repairs in the room, they were done with mismatched blinds and unmatching paint. The room itself had an excellent layout for friends traveling together and would also be great for a family. Plenty of space and two decks. The pool was nice but needed some cleaning. And the morning breakfast was a great feature

This property is an older property compared to some of the newer resorts in the area. The age of this property shows in its condition. HOWEVER, I think this is a fun place to stay. It is vibrant, relaxing, and lively. The staff are friendly as well as the guests. The pool and bathrooms were clean and appeared safe. The beach area was clean and welcoming as well. The breakfast was decent and I am sure it was pleasing to meat lovers. I do not regret the stay especially with the total cost. If I had brought my children, I am sure they, too, would have enjoyed their stay. One thing I can recommend is adding a schedule of activities that adults and children can enjoy right on the property. I would like to see family game nights, adult games, karaoke, contests, and other interactive activities.

An amazing high-end resort. OTHER places feel like a hotel on or near the beach. Infinity Bay is a diamond right on the beach with all rooms overlooking the resort & a view to the ocean. There is nothing like it. Note, there is NO elevator to the individual rooms so seniors should request the ground floor. Every unit has a covered outdoor balcony with a great view plus table & chairs. For divers like us, better to get a higher floor so you can securely hang your towels, diving gear on the balcony to dry overnight. There is an optional meal/drink plan which is a good deal if you like to eat/drink a lot. There are many restaurants, bars & pubs on the beach on either side of the resort offering the same foods at very similar prices. All 1&2 bedroom units have a FULL kitchen, big refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave & dining area. There is a liquor store, grocery store just a 5 minute walk outside the resort on the left side of the road. There are many security guards at the resort, on the road & the beach so it is VERY SAFE & walk-able no car . Will definitely come again since there are dozens of diving & snorkelling sites both on shore & via a boat. You can rent all your diving gear from the onsite diving shop or bring your own. If snorkelling in the ocean via a boat then DEFINITELY wear a life jacket since the waves are 1-2 feet tall, which is much easier than swimming & treading water. Highly recommended for families with kids, couples & seniors.

Property is right on a stunning beach, traveled with family and we were very happy with our comfortable room and great resort. Clean room. Staff is good, most notable was, Roberto, he was great with our family and was always available to answer questions about the area and activities. Property allows you to bring in your own food/drinks, just make sure to shop at a local supermarket (which is closer to airport than resort). Water taxis are always available and affordable. Snorkel rental on beach was also a great plus.
