This is a sweet older home and cozy just like the description on VRBO. Furniture and beds are comfy and everything we used worked great. The nearby restaurants and stores are very convenient and this will be a definite 'go-to' next time we're up here!

Convenient for great VA hiking!

My two girlfriends and I wanted to do the Triple Crown as separate day hikes. This was the perfect place to stay--only 15-20 min from the trailheads. Roanoke had plenty to offer for after our hikes and Emily's house was very comfortable to stay and cook dinners at night. We would definitely stay here again for future hiking trips.

Great cozy place

It is a really nice place to stay and decompress after a long day on the road. Very clean and a very homely feeling property. Host was great and communicated in a very timely manner. Instructions were very easy and straight forward. Would love to stay there again and can certainly recommend to others.

Cozy and convenient

The homes location was perfect for us, it was very centrally located.There are grocery stores, drug stores, fast food chain restaurants, regular restaurants Etc all within very short distance. The home itself is lovely . It is a beautiful, cozy home. It was immaculately clean. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio -there's a view of Tinker Mountain that's real pretty aanything athome.

Perfect spot.

We stayed here two separate nights on our way to N.C Both nights the house was perfectly clean, nice linens, comfortable bed. The body wash and shampoo station in the shower was awesome. The water pressure was really good and the hot water was never ending ! This house has obviously been well taken care of and really felt homey . We would stay here again anytime and will definitely recommend it to friends. The host was so pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions.
