I don't normally provide reviews when I'm disappointed with an experience but I am making an exception. I don't know the last time I've stayed in a motel room so needing attention. As I only stayed in one room I can only review room 219. I don't quite know where to start. The front desk staff is very pleasant and deserve better. The outside of the property is nice. Room 219 is a mess. The room in the listing photos looked pleasant. What I walked into was a bed without a bedspread, only a plain white sheet covering a blanket that covered a sheet. And the outer sheet had a large hole in it. The paint on the walls was generally scratched or marred in some way. The faux wood flooring was warped by the bathroom door making me believe there had been a flood. The bathtub had been painted bit that had worn through. The nozzle in the bath doesn't adjust and the water pressure is so strong that you feel like you're being assaulted. The window was partially covered with cardboard and the sill looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The air/heating unit is so disgusting I would be afraid to turn it on. Someone needs to get in to that room and give it some much needed care...maybe pictures on the bare walls and a lamp on each nightstand. A chair in the corner? There is plenty of room. Overall, fix it or don't put another guest in it.
