It was terrible. The Hotel has zero security. I had stollen from my room a sum of 600 Reais. I think that Hotels.com should erase this Hotel from searching.

The lobby consist of old discarded furniture with undesirables, drug users, homeless people loitering inside. The room was my worst nightmare, horrible linen, filthy bathroom, broken 1970’s box television, wires hanging out from the wall, dirty floor and linen which I refused to sleep overnight on! The noise in the hallway was unbearable. The only way to get WiFi is go to the lobby which was consumed with the workers and some apparent friends who watched the soccer match, therefore no seating. The photos are extremely misleading. It’s lower than a hostel! Please don’t make my mistake in booking this property! I couldn’t and didn’t stay!

This is the most TERRIBLE place I have ever been to in the most dangerous section of Rio! It looked almost nothing like the pictures! Everything that could have a stain on it, DID have stains on it, this includes the bed sheets, the bed cover, the pillow cases, the walls, the floors, the toilet, the shower…EVERYTHING. There was a bug crawling under my sheets upon checking into the room! I took a video and showed the guys at the front desk, who didn’t speak ANY English by the way. I then switched rooms. My second room had even worse stains than my first room. Outside the window was cigarette buts, spit and ashes from someone smoking. I took pictures and showed this to the front desk as well. They never cleaned outside the window. They ONLY have Wi-Fi in the lobby and they kick you off the Wi-Fi every few minutes so there is NO REAL WI-FI ACCESS!?!? I booked for 7 days, but had two sleepless nights there due to the bug situation in my sheets in the first room. I decided to check out after two nights and request a refund for the 5 nights that I booked but wouldn’t be there. My request for refund was denied by management. They also charged me additional taxes upon checking into the room which is NOT mentioned in the ad on Expedia for this “hotel”! No other hotel or hostel has done this to me in Rio! Also the breakfast was the most horrible thing I have ever smelled or tasted! This place is NOT tourist friendly and the staff seem xenophobic! I will be leaving a YouTube review!

Péssimas condições, roupas de cama suas e encardidas, banheiro imundo, tudo sujo. Colchões aparentemente que passaram por enchente tortos e com defeitos. Sem interne. Tudo muito sujo. Não recomendo ninguém a ficar neste local. A localização é boa mas no resto não vale a pena. O café da manhã é uma piada, no primeiro dia não tinha quase nada para comer nem frutas nem suco nem nada só um café horrível pão seco e prsenido e queijo duvidosos. Outro dia teve banana mas estava com gosto ruim que tive que jogar fora.

razoável pra quem só quer um local pra dormir

As fotos não são as que estão no site, as paredes e cortinas do dormitório estavam imundas, ar condicionado não funcionava, só forneceram uma toalha, sendo que o quarto era duplo. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções. A entrada do local é atrás de um ponto de VLT o que dificultava o embarque e desembarque com malas (faltou avisar isso no anúncio).

Boa tarde!! Não gostei, o corredor e o quarto fedia mofo, o banheiro não tinha nem janela, e o exaustor não funcionava, as paredes estavam sujas, não tinha Box, um travesseiro pedi outro e não tinha, sendo que o quarto era pra duas pessoas, e a toalha também só havia uma no quarto tive que pedir outra,cortina caindo, não tem um telefone e nem interfone no quarto, não tem um cabide, não limparam o quarto nenhum dos dias, mesmo deixando o aviso na porta . O café da manhã pessimo, café pão e leite isso era o cafezão. Nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim. Não recomendo pra ninguém
