Not as Advertised

The property was not clean. The owner said the prior renters were supposed to clean. The sheets were so thin & and we were given only 1 thin towel. Kitchen was dirty & needs updating. No hand soap, shampoo etc. Outside patio had an empty tub which is advertised as a pool. The owner was nice, but cannot recommend this property. After we booked this I realized there were no VRBO reviews. I will not ever book a property without proper reviews again!

Keine Wohnung für Senioren mit fehlerhafter und falscher Beschreibung

Der Verwalter war hilfsbereit, konnte allerdings am Zustand der Wohnung nichts ändern.Bei Starkregen kam das Wasser durch die undichten Fenster und die Decke. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, Fäkalgerüche drangen in die Wohnung. Mit dem Eigentümer konnten wir den Abbruch des Mietvertrages erreichen.Die Wohnung war in der 11.und 12.Etage. Der Aufzug ging nur bis zur 10.Etage, zur 11.gab es eine schmale Treppe, zur 12. wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse befanden nur eine noch schmalere Wendeltreppe.Terassenmöbel bestanden aus abgewohnten Plastikstühlen, Plastiktisch, verdreckte Matratzezen (als Sofa beschrieben) und einer undichten Wanne als Pool beschrieben).
