Stayed because of a concert being held there. Very nice rooms, though expensive (higher than usual because of the concert). Staff were great and there's a variety of restaurants available. Would recommend.

We arrived to the hotel after hours of driving only to be advised that they had no reservation in our name and that there was nothing they could do. We explained to the young man at the counter that we had made the reservation days ago and he again stated he had no reservation. We explained that we had been driving most of the day and we asked if he had any available rooms. He stated he had plenty of rooms and then said that "THEY WILL BE PRICEY" and then he laughed. He stated if would be about $$$$$ for the night. Since we had booked thru Expedia for $$$$$ a night, we thought since he quoted an amount that was more than twice the Expedia booking that it was outrageous. We thus decided to take our luggage back to the car and drive the additional miles back to Seattle.
